Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in any service provided by Jay Rosa Academy Ltd, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Enrollment and Payment
- Payments for academy services must be made upfront or monthly in advance.
- Memberships can be cancelled via your online account portal, with no further payments taken after cancellation is processed. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in access to services being paused or withdrawn.
2. Attendance and Scheduling
- Weekly sessions are booked and paid in advance. If a participant misses a session, it is considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If Jay Rosa Academy cancels a session, affected participants will be notified promptly. We are not responsible for any additional costs or losses resulting from cancellations beyond our control.
3. Behaviour & Conduct Policy
We are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive environment. All players are expected to treat coaches, staff, and fellow participants with respect.
A 3-strike behaviour system applies:
- Strike 1: Verbal warning
- Strike 2: Yellow Card (formal warning to player and parent)
- Strike 3: Red Card (player misses the next session)
Serious incidents or receiving a total of 3 Red Cards will result in permanent removal from the Academy. No refunds are issued in such cases. Any incidents of bullying, aggressive behaviour, discriminatory language, or deliberate disruption may result in immediate disciplinary action.
4. Uniform and Equipment
- Premium Members must wear the official Jay Rosa Academy kit to all coaching sessions, matches, and events.
- All participants are required to wear suitable sportswear and proper footwear. If a player arrives inappropriately dressed, they may be asked to sit out or be sent home without a refund.
- Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
- Any equipment damaged due to misuse may be subject to a replacement charge.
5. Medical and Liability
- It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure accurate medical information is provided upon registration and kept up to date.
- Participants must be physically able to take part in all activities. Participation is at your own risk.
- Jay Rosa Academy holds Public Liability Insurance and takes all reasonable steps to provide a safe environment. However, we are not responsible for injuries unless caused by proven negligence.
6. Media and Photography
- Photos and videos may be taken during sessions and events for marketing and promotional use on our website and social media channels.
- We will request consent during registration, and this can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us in writing.
7. Complaints
- If you have a concern or would like to raise an issue, please contact us via management@jayrosa.com. We are committed to handling all concerns fairly and respectfully. Abusive communication will not be tolerated.
8. Changes to Terms
- These Terms & Conditions are subject to change. You will be notified via email or our online platform if any significant changes occur. Continued participation confirms your acceptance of the latest version.
